TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson police arrested a 25-year-old woman accused of killing a pedestrian in a car wreck while inebriated.

Police say 25-year-old Hannah M. Rogers hit and killed 63-year-old Franklin S. Johnson just after 8 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 1600 block of West Valencia Road.

Rogers was driving a 2000 Honda Civic westbound in the curb lane of Valencia and moving into the center lane when she hit Johnson. Rogers stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
