A win in Tempe over the weekend didn't do anything to boost the Arizona Wildcats in the AP Top 25 college basketball poll.
Arizona (27-4) stuck at No. 7 in the rankings and shared the Pac-12 title with No. 5 Oregon (27-4), which earned the No. 1 seed in this week's conference tournament due to a tiebreaking win over the Wildcats earlier in the season.
Kansas (28-3) remained No. 1, followed by Villanova (28-3), UCLA (28-3) and Gonzaga (30-1). North Carolina (26-6) is sixth, and Kentucky (26-5), Baylor (25-6) and Louisville (24-7) rounded out the top 10.
Arizona will play either Washington State (13-17) or Colorado (18-13) at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Pac-12 Tournament quarterfinals in Las Vegas.
The @APlayersProgram stays at No. 7 in AP Poll. Tough to figure why they are behind UNC who scored 43 points in a loss this past week.
