Arizona (8-3), made the leap after a win at New Mexico Saturday, extending its winning streak to five games.
Villanova (11-0) remained No. 1, followed by Michigan State (10-1), ASU (10-0), Duke (11-1) and North Carolina (10-1).
No other Pac-12 teams are ranked.
Arizona hosts North Dakota State (5-5) at 7 p.m. Monday night on Pac-12 Networks.
