Cochise County Sheriff's deputies say two skunks in and near Sierra Vista tested positive for rabies.
According to the office, one rabid skunk was on Jim Avenue in Sierra Vista, and the other was on Katz Loop at Fort Huachuca.
There have now been five confirmed cases of rabid skunks in Cochise County in the last three months.
Officials advise vaccinating your pets and staying away from wild animals. Those who see skunks or other wild animals in their yards should call 911.
