TUCSON, Ariz. — Pima County Superior judges John Hinderaker and Scott Rash will now serve on the United States Court for the District of Arizona.

President Donald Trump appointed Hinderaker Wednesday and Rash back in September.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey appointed Hinderaker to his seat on the Superior Court bench in 2018. Before that he worked in private practice dealing mostly with commercial litigation.

Rash was appointed to his seat on the Superior court back in 2010.

Both men graduated from the University of Arizona.
