Tucson Wildlife Center to hold open house Saturday

TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson Wildlife Center is inviting the public to an open house Saturday.

The center, which rehabilitates sick and injured animals, is commemorating 21 years in business.

The event goes from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the Tucson Wildlife Center, 13275 E. Speedway.

Children who attend will get a stuffed animal that they can pretend to admit an animal to the wildlife hospital and put it through the treatment process.

There will also be videos, lemonade, popcorn and ice cream.
