Housing site Zumper released their end of the year rent report.
It lists Tucson as the 94th highest rent in the country.
In 2018, average nationwide rent for a one-bedroom apartment increased .5%.
in Tucson, the average rent for a one-bedroom decreased by 9.9%.
The monthly rent price for a one-bedroom apartment is $640, and the average price for a two-bedroom is $830.
For comparison, the average rent for a one-bedroom in San Francisco, the most expensive city in the U.S., is $3,560 per month.
Scottsdale also madeZumper's list. They list rents as increasing by 5.3% in Scottsdale within the past month.
