TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - Tucson police say a man has been arrested in akilling last fall.
Police say 38-year-old Angel Torres was arrested on suspicion of second-degree murder in the shooting death of 38-year-old Israel Dominguez Alfaro.
According to police, Alfaro was shot during a fight when a group of people confronted Alfaro and his brother as they were walking on the city's south side early the morning of Oct. 23.
Online court records don't list an attorney who could comment on the allegations on behalf of Alfaro.
