Deputies identified a Tucson man who was found dead at Apache Lake Sunday morning, KGUN9 sister station KNXV reports.
According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, 37-year-old Rodolfo Ruiz drowned after he was reportedly intoxicated and fell into the lake. Deputies received a 911 call about Ruiz barging through campsites, knocking over chairs and falling into a tent.
According to Ruiz's sister-in-law, he had been missing after a fight with his wife, who told authorities he was using drugs and drinking Saturday.
There were no signs of foul play in Ruiz's death.
