The Tucson Police Department responded to reports of a shooting on Wednesday evening.
The incident occurred in the area west of the 6100 block of South Southland Boulevard at around 9:30 p.m.
As officers arrived, they found a woman with gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead on scene. Next of kin was notified.
The victim was pronounced as 46-year-old Veronica Santana.
Officers also found two additional victims. One man with gunshot wounds who was taken to Banner University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
The third victim who was a man was not injured.
Investigation remains ongoing.
