TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Theodore Welch was last seen Sunday morning near N. Harrison Rd. & E. Speedway Blvd. he is considered to be vulnerable.
The Tucson Police Department said they are looking for Theodore Welch, 75, who is missing and vulnerable. They said he was last seen early Sunday morning near N. Harrison Rd. & E. Speedway Blvd.
He is six feet tall, TPD said, and 215 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown t-shrt and khaki pants.
TPD is advising people to call 911 if they find him.
