TUCSON, Ariz. — A teacher and athletic trainer working for Tanque Verde High School was arrested Thursday for unlawful conduct with a minor.
26-year-old William "Wylie" Yaw is facing three counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
An email from the district said a community member expressed concern about Yaw to a district official. They then reported those concerns to the Pima County Sheriff's Department.
Yaw's initial court appearance is set for Thursday night. The court is expected to set bond at that time.
So far, there's no information on when the complaint about Yaw came in to school officials.
