To accommodate El Tour De Tucson, multiple Sun Tran buses will have route detours on Saturday, Nov.17.
Specifically, Sun Tran Routes 3, 7, 12, 16, 18, 23, 34, and 37 will be affected; detouring from 6a.m. to 3p.m. during the event. Route 18's detour will start sooner, on Friday, starting at 6 p.m.
Pat Richter, Director of Marketing and Communications for Tucson's Sun Tran, said in Press release that passengers may experience delays from traffic caused by El Tour and encourages riders to plan ahead.
