A Sun Tran bus hit a SUV Monday morning and seriously injured its driver on the southside, deputies say.
According to Pima County Sheriff's Department spokesman Ryan Inglett, the accident was at the intersection of Nogales Highway and Hughes Access Road.
The driver's injuries are non-life threatening. Deputies are investigating the accident.
No one on the bus was injured and the bus has been taken out of service.
