TUCSON, Ariz. - A south side Safeway sold a Powerball ticket worth $50,000 to the winner.
According to a spokesman for the lottery, the ticket was sold as part of Saturday night's drawing at the Safeway at 2940 W. Valencia Road.
The ticket had four of five numbers correct, as well as the Powerball. The winning numbers were 7, 36, 48, 57, 58 and 24.
The next drawing is Jan. 16.
