A Sierra Vista woman died after being hit by a car Saturday morning.
Police say 29-year-old Sarah Swearingen was lying in the road near North 7th Street and Charles Drive when the car hit her.
Officers arrived at the scene at 12:41 a.m. Saturday and found her injured. She was wearing dark clothing and pronounced dead at the hospital.
The driver will not face charges.
