TUCSON, Ariz. - A Sierra Vista teenager died early Monday morning after falling from a moving vehicle.
According to Sierra Vista police, the teen boy fell from the roof of an SUV near Avenida Escuela and Blackbird Drive shortly after midnight.
Crews responded at 12:11 a.m. to the scene and found the victim with a serious head injury. He was flown to Tucson and pronounced dead.
The driver -- another teen boy -- stayed at the scene and cooperated with the investigation.
It's not known whether either teen was under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
