TUCSON, Ariz. - Sierra Vista police arrested a woman who rear-ended a motorcyclist Feb. 23.
Police say 41-year-old Leslie Munsey was driving northbound on Highway 92 in a Kia four-door sedan when she rear-ended a motorcycle rider stopped at the Highway 90 bypass and the Highway 92 traffic signal.
The motorcyclist, a 21-year-old woman, was hospitalized and is now in stable condition.
Munsey was booked on two counts of aggravated assault and aggravated DUI. She also faces misdemeanor charges for DUI and having an open container of alcohol in her car.
Munsey's blood alcohol content was 0.115. She had a child with her at the time of the crash. Neither she nor the child were injured.
