Sierra Vista police arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.
Police say 20-year-old Jose Ramon Rodriguez Jr. also faces sexual conduct with a minor charges.
At 4:11 p.m. Tuesday, police arrested Rodriguez at the Cochise County Adult Probation Office. He was booked into Cochise County Jail on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of sexual assault on a $500,000 bond.
Rodriguez was arrested on similar charges in February and was sentenced to three years of probation as part of a plea deal.
