Sierra Vista man accused of drive-by shooting

Police arrested a Sierra Vista man in connection with attempting to kill three people in a May 18 drive-by shooting in the Fry Townsite.

Police say 18-year-old Tres Wick tried to shoot and kill three people at 3 a.m. that day.

Wick will face three attempted first-degree murder charges, as well as four counts of drive-by shooting, four counts of discharging a firearm at a residential structure, eight counts of endangerment and five counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Police arrested Wick in the 300 block of South Carmichael Ave. He was booked into Cochise County Jail on a $250,000 bond.

He is also under investigation for an armed confrontation at Fry Townsite May 12, in which he allegedly fired a pistol during an argument.
