A fatal wreck involving a car and motorcycle closed the intersection of Campbell and Benson Highway Thursday afternoon.
The intersection has now reopened.
The victim in the crash has been identified as 45-year-old Oswaldo Lopez. He was riding a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle.
The driver remained on the scene. Lopez was wearing a helmet.
Traffic investigators determined that a silver 2001 Toyota SV was headed southbound on Campbell and turned east onto Benson Highway striking the motorcyclist.
Speed or alcohol do not appear to be factors in the crash.
No citation or arrest has been made and the investigation is ongoing.
