Back in January, people in 14 states had the chance to file claims in a milk price-fixing case worth a total of $52 million dollars.
Good Morning Tucson anchor Samantha Cortese reports that lawyers are now saying chances of customers receiving much money from the rebate are not known.
According to the law firm representing the suit, "Expected payouts are not yet known at this time and will be updated once all claims have been reviewed."
The more claims are received, the lower the payouts will be for each customer because the settlement is a fixed amount.
