'Saturday Night Live' icon Norm Macdonald to perform at Diamond Center

TUCSON, Ariz. - Norm Macdonald, who starred in "Saturday Night Live," the movie "Dirty Work," the sitcom "Norm" and the sports satire "Sports Show," is bringing his stand-up act to Tucson in November.

Macdonald will perform his 18-and-over show at the Diamond Center, 1625 N. Campbell, at 8 p.m. Nov. 16.

The comedian is best known as the host of "Weekend Update" on "Saturday Night Live," where he was part of a legendary cast from 1993 to 1997. He currently hosts "Norm Macdonald Has a Show" on Netflix.

He also appeared as Col. Sanders in a zany KFC ad campaign.
