TUCSON, Ariz. (KGUN) — Oro Valley has made sandbags available for those who want to protect areas around their homes from storm runoff.
Oro Valley residents can pick up as many as 10 sandbags per vehicle at Naranja Park, 810 W. Naranja Drive. The bags are in the Christmas recycling lot north of the archery range.
Those who need assistance can make an appointment to pick up pre-bagged sand. To book an appointment, call (520) 229-4850 or PW@orovalleyaz.gov.
