Salvation Army kicks of Red Kettle campaign

The Salvation Army is starting its annual Red Kettle Bell Ringing campaign collection drive Friday.

The opener goes from 11 to 11:40 a.m. at the Jacome Plaza downtown.

Mayor Jonathan Rothschild will be in attendance.
