SAHUARITA, Ariz. — Sahuarita Unified School District announced Monday evening school will be closed Tuesday due to the recent social media threats.
SUSD officials say "An additional threat to Sahuarita Middle School was posted on social media at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Monday."
Officials say all SUSD schools and activities will be closed.
SUSD say "Students involved in making online threats are subject to school discipline, including suspension and/or expulsion."
SUSD is encouraging parent to talk with their children about these incidents.
School is predicted to resume on Wednesday.
