TUCSON, Ariz. - A Sahuarita man who pleaded guilty to child porn charges was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
In August, Patrick Darby pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor under age 15 in the second degree.
His sentence also included two consecutive life sentences of lifetime probation, as well as sex offender treatment. He will be required to register as a sex offender.
Police arrested Darby in October 2018 after serving a warrant at his home on East Mountain Alder Street and finding multiple child pornography images on a laptop in the home.
