The Saddle Fire continues to burn on the Douglas District of the Coronado National Forest on Packsaddle Mountain.
The blaze is at milepost 22 off of Leslie Canyon northeast of Douglas.
According to the U.S. Forest Service, the current size of the fire is 4,900 acres. No structures are currently in danger. The blaze is 20 percent contained.
A local type 3 incident management team has been ordered.
The fire began June 24th. The cause is under investigation.
