Companies in an industrial area near East Ajo Way and South Alvernon Way were evacuated after a suspected chemical leak Monday morning.
According to Rural Metro Battalion Chief Will Seeley, units were called to the scene after reported smoke in the area.
It was determined to be a Hazmat response, Seeley said.
Units determined that there was some "off-gassing" happening.
There were no injuries reported.
