TUCSON, Ariz. — A Rio Rico man was sentenced to 15 months in prison for bank fraud.
Juan Diego Ibanez received the sentence in federal court after pleading guilty to the crime. After his prison time he will serve five years of supervised release.
Ibanez admitted to using fake documents to receive a $690,000 loan from 1st Bank Yuma. The bank reported him to the FBI.
