Rio Rico car dealer indicted on tax evasion, fraud charges

TUCSON, Ariz. - A Rio Rico car dealer is facing tax evasion and fraudulent schemes and artifices.

Randolph Ezzre, who owns and operates Randolph Ezzre Wholesale Auto Sales, is accused of selling used cars without paying taxes.

Accoding to state Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Ezzre allegedly sold $313,145 in vehicles in 2017 and 2018, and owed $26,930.47 in taxes he didn't pay.

Ezzre allegedly filed false tax returns that claimed he had no taxable sales.
