A rabid skunk was found in St. David in October.
The Cochise County Sheriff's Office confirmed the case in a Facebook post. On Oct. 18 near South Miller Lane in St. David, an aggressive skunk sprayed two dogs. The skunk tested positive for rabies.
The dogs were given rabies booster shots and quarantined at home.
Pet owners in the area are urger to get their pets vaccinated.
