Tucson Fire crews put out a blaze inside a hotel room at Super 8 Tucson Downtown Convention Center, 715 W. Starr Pass.
Crews consisting of nine units with 23 firefighters were on scene at 8:32 a.m. and had the fire under control by 8:44.
A sprinkler helped contain the blaze to a single room.
The fire was started by a prayer candle.
