A Dallas mom says police officers arrested, roughed up and used a Taser on her 7-year-old child.
The mother's lawyers say photos show that officers used excessive force on the child. The pictures purportedly show bruises from baton beatings and marks from a Taser.
The mother says the son, who has special needs, was having an episode during standardized testing and started banging his head against a wall.
