TUCSON, Ariz. - Sahuarita police arrested a man on voyeurism charges Thursday.
According to the department, 34-year-old Kelvin Kirby Jr. allegedly was caught on security footage recording a secret cell phone video up a woman's dress at Fry's Marketplace, 15950 S. Rancho Sahuarita Blvd. Tuesday.
Kirby called police after seeing himself appear on a news story related to the incident. Police arrested him on a felony voyeurism count.
