TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police are investigating the killing of a man at an apartment complex on Alvernon.
Police say 34-year-old Angel Essono was found dead Tuesday with obvious signs of trauma at Pueblo Springs Apartments, 3003 N. Alvernon Way.
An acquaintance had told police that they hadn't heard from Essono and he wasn't answering the door.
Aggravated assault and homicide units are investigating.
