Tucson police have found a missing vulnerable 34-year-old man.
Police say Josue Pacheco, 34, had last been seen at 5 p.m. March 27 in the 2100 block of North Fourth Ave. He was found safe and returned to his family.
He is a Hispanic man who stands 5 feet tall, weighs 120 pounds, has hazel eyes, black hair and a scar on the left side of his neck. He also has a large scar on his chest and a small scar on his right eyebrow.
