Police have located missing 42-year-old woman, Carol Hale, who went missing near Glenn and Oracle on Wednesday afternoon.
TPD reported she should know her name but may not know her address, and she is a smoker and might ask for cigarettes or purchase them at a store.
She has been described as a 5'3" tall white woman, around 150lbs with brown hair and brown eyes. Hale uses a manual wheelchair.
