TUCSON, Ariz. - Tucson police say they have located a 54-year-old man who has been missing since late May.
Police say Vance Betters, was found safe Friday morning.
"Very happy to announce Mr. Betters has been found safe & sound! Thank you to the community & media outlets for the assistance!” TPD said.
