TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police have identified the victim in the homicide that occurred on the eastside Monday morning in the 4400 block of E. 28th St.
According to TPD, 33-year-old Greg Ridgley was found inside a residence with gunshot trauma. He was transported to Banner UMC with life threatening injuries and later died at the hospital.
Sgt. Bay with TPD says that several individuals entered the residence and one was armed with a firearm. At some point, Ridgley was shot and the suspects fled in an unknown destination.
Police say that this does not appear to be a random act.
