Tucson police are investigating an armed robbery near Pima Community College Downtown Campus.
The college issued a text alert warning students and staffers to follow police instructions. It also warned those who aren't on campus to stay away.
According to Sgt. Kimberly Bay, a Hispanic gunman entered the Mendel's Wife the Tailor in the 11 a.m. hour at 1495 N. Stone and made off with cash on a bicycle.
The man stands between 5-6 and 5-8 and between 150 and 170 pounds. He was wearing a white baseball hat and gray or blue hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
Those with information should call 911 or 88-CRIME.
