Tucson police responded to a domestic violence standoff in midtown Friday morning.
The scene was at Vista Hermosa Apartments, 3066 N. Balboa.
Sgt. Pete Dugan said two people in an apartment refused to come out. The standoff ended in the 10 a.m. hour.
