Tucson police identified the victim in a deadly midtown wreck.
Police say 64-year-old Rickey O. James died after the 2013 Chrysler 200 he was driving was involved in a head-on collision with a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban near Grant and Plumer at 11 p.m. Oct. 7.
Police say James swerved into oncoming traffic. The driver of the Suburban was not injured.
