Tucson police identified a man who was killed in midtown Tuesday.

Police say 30-year-old Enrique Bracamonte died after he was gunned down in the 3100 block of N. Richey Blvd. He was found with signs of gunshot trauma and transported to Banner University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.

Homicide detectives concluded that the killing happened after an altercation at a get-together that included drug users. One of the people at the gathering stayed at the scene and spoke to detectives, but others who were there left before police arrived. No one is in custody.

Detectives have continued their investigation and have learned that some of the people who left the area during the incident were possibly associated to a gray 2013-2015 Honda Civic four-door sedan.

Police say the Civic left the area and struck a fence and the front bumper was left behind.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this vehicle or to the homicide to call 88-CRIME, you can remain anonymous.
