Tucson police detained two people after investigating a westside barricade situation.
According to Sgt. Kimberly Bay, the incident started after 11 p.m. Wednesday in a mobile home in the 3100 block of North Fairview, when a neighbor reported someone was being held against their will. A SWAT unit was called to the scene and two people were detained.
