TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Tucson police arrested a man who allegedly waved a gun at people at an eastside Walmart Monday.
Police say 62-year-old William Gutierrez faces three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and one count of disorderly conduct. He was booked into Pima County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
Gutierrez was seen walking around with a gun at an apartment complex at 77 N. Camino Seco at 6:15 p.m. He then allegedly went to the Walmart at 8640 E. Broadway, where he waved and pointed the gun at people. He was arrested shortly after the incidents.
