Tucson police arrested a man who allegedly waved a gun at people at an eastside Walmart Monday.

Police say 62-year-old William Gutierrez faces three counts of aggravated assault with a firearm and one count of disorderly conduct. He was booked into Pima County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Gutierrez was seen walking around with a gun at an apartment complex at 77 N. Camino Seco at 6:15 p.m. He then allegedly went to the Walmart at 8640 E. Broadway, where he waved and pointed the gun at people. He was arrested shortly after the incidents.

He did not fire any shots and no one was injured.
