TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police say a man was barricaded near 12th and Valencia Thursday morning.
The scene was in the 200 block of West Valencia Road. Apartments in the area have been evacuated. Police received reports that the suspect threatened a victim with a weapon.
No one was injured. The suspect was taken into custody in the 8 a.m. hour.
