Tucson police investigated a suspicious suitcase near East 10th Street.
East 10th St. was closed from Mountain View to Arcadia due while the investigation was underway.

Sgt. Pete Dugan said a bomb squad robot disrupted the package with a water cannon, then found mysterious oily liquids inside. A hazmat team disposed of the liquids.
