TUCSON, Ariz. — Tucson police say a 19-year-old man was killed Saturday.
Police say Dale Joseph Riley was found dead at the scene of a single-vehicle wreck near East 5th Street and North 2nd Avenue. He had gunshot injuries.
Police say Riley was in the area for a prearranged meeting and had narcotics in his vehicle. The killing was not random.
