TUCSON (KGUN9-TV) - Pima County and Rocky Point are officially part of a sister region.
Supervisor Ray Carroll presented the proclamation at the Board of Supervisors meeting today in front of officials from Pima County and Rocky Point.
This comes after he exchanged jobs with the Rocky Point mayor last week.
